Being a citizen of Ignaliné grants a person full voting rights, free entry and exit to the state, rights to run for parliament, government, mayor etc. The naturalization process requires a person to have been a permanent resident for 6 months and pass the B1 level Estonian language test + citizenship test. For people born in the state, no tests are required.

Yes. The Republic of Ignaliné allows dual citizenship. The e-Citizenship and regular citizenship will not affect your current one(s).
