Being a citizen of Novernia grants a person full voting rights, free entry and exit to the state, rights to run for parliament, government, mayor etc. The naturalization process requires a person to have been an e-Citizen & resident for one(1) year and six(6) months and pass the citizenship test. You can get a passport at all times, but if you do not meet the citizenship criteria, you will get an Alien's Passport, which is a travel document issued only by the State of Noverholm to immigrants(see accepted states) in need of a travel document, which means if you are in any other state in Novernia, you will not be able to get an Alien's Passport.
Legal note: This is not a real travel document. It does not replace actual passports given by authorities. The Novernian passport is a collectible novelty item.

Upon arrival, ALL items MUST be declared with the NCBP under the Novernian Customs Act. Failure to do so will result in a fine of 7,750,000NKR + immediate deportation. Items that are banned, but declared will only result in confiscation and return upon departure out of Novernia, but not a fine. If banned items are not declared, it will result in a fine of 15,950,000NKR and immediate deportation.

Yes. The Republic of Novernia allows dual citizenship. The e-Citizenship and regular citizenship will not affect your current one(s).
