The Republic of Ignaliné was created on 24 June 1999 as the Kingdom of Southern Lohusalu. On 13 September 2005 the micronation was under Estonian governance. On 24 August 2019 the state regained independence as a micronation. It was first created as a kingdom which lasted until 2001. In 2001 the Government reformed the nation to a Principality. After regaining independence, the Prime Minister (now president) reformed the nation to a Republic. In 2026, the Parliament changed the name of the nation to the Republic of Ignaliné. The flag created in 1999 called "Žoltazeljenyij" (Yellow-Green) with yellow in the top left corner, green in the bottom right corner and a white stripe in the middle starting from the top right corner to the bottom left corner. Currently, the state has ministries, a court, government, parliament, general assembly, five municipalities, president, vice president and prime minister. The state also has many national parks and two nuclear plants.
